Aged 10 years Premium Rosé Balsamic (250ml)
This tangy-sweet Rosé Balsamic condiment is crafted from a blend of white grape must from Trebbiano grapes and red grape must from Ancellotta grapes, both grown in Modena, combined with white wine vinegar and carefully blended to achieve a harmonious balance of flavour. The mixture undergoes natural fermentation and is aged for 10 years in oak barrels, allowing it to develop a refined depth while maintaining its intense pink hue, brilliant and typical of the Ancellotta grapes. Each barrel supports gradual evaporation, enhancing the concentration and complexity of the taste.
Before bottling, the product is carefully analysed to ensure it meets the required specifications. Once approved, it is meticulously bottled, capped, labelled and packaged, preserving the artistry of Modena’s centuries-old tradition.
