This tangy-sweet balsamic condiment is crafted from cooked grape must, made from Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes, grown in Modena. It is aged for 10 years in a variety of wooden barrels - oak, chestnut, cherry, ash, juniper, and mulberry, each imparting its unique flavour to the balsamic. Each barrel supports natural fermentation and concentration through gradual evaporation, enhancing the depth and complexity of the flavours. Before bottling, the product is carefully analysed to ensure it meets the required specifications. Once approved, it is meticulously bottled, capped, labelled and packaged, preserving the artistry of Modena’s centuries-old tradition.
INGREDIENTS: 100% cooked acetified grape must from Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes, grown in Modena.
